About me

…and I’m a 23 year old writer from the UK. I have a BA in Creative Writing from the University of Lincoln, and I’m currently working towards a masters in the same subject. I also have a distinction grade in Creative Media Production and a 2:1 in Screen Performance.

It sounds cliché, but for as long as I can remember, I have been writing — I have a folder full of “books” I made as a kid to prove it, as well as far too many teenage fanfictions scattered across the internet…

Despite this though, it took a while for me to realise that this was what I truly wanted to do for work. After briefly entertaining the ideas of animal management, then film and animation, then acting, it finally struck me that my place in media lay in writing (though I do still love being in front of and behind a camera). After dropping out of Sunderland university and switching to Lincoln in 2020, I graduated with a first in writing and decided to continue my studies into a masters.

From copywriting, to scriptwriting, to working on a novel, I’ve done it all, and I love it all! I’ve even had a variety of short stories published during my time at university, and plan to keep an updated record of these here.

I want to use this website to showcase some of my work, list my publications, and put myself out there as a writer, in whatever form that may take. Thank you for taking the time to look around! :)
