About me

Hi, I’m Beth!

I’m a currently freelance writer from Lincoln. I have a Distinction in a Creative Writing MA, a First Class Honours degree in Creative Writing, a 2:1 in Screen Performance, and a Distinction in Level 3 Creative Media Production diploma. Needless to say, my studies and experience are a little all over the place, but they all share a passion for creating cool stuff and having fun while doing it!

It’s cliché to say, but for as long as I can remember, I have been writing. I have experience in copywriting, editing, scriptwriting, content writing, and (of course) creative writing! A variety of my non-fiction articles and short stories have been published in magazines, from Mental Floss to JUNO, and I’ve been lucky enough to share my stories at live readings too. When I’m not doing any of those, I’m searching for new places to pitch to and new avenues to test my writing skills.

This website is a showcase of some of my work, a list of my publications, and a way to put myself out there as a writer. Thank you for taking the time to look around! :)
